Quote revision request for Pricing team directly from Pro or LC dashboard

-Quotes to pricing for new quote, revisions to un-end or add charges.

I feel like this part could be automated. If system sees a bobtail on pro, it looks at quote, if no bobtail, request is sent? (for anything that would not have a standard tariff rate)

If quote is nearing end date, should flag for pricing/sales to update so LC doesn't have to send requests when they expire.
