Removed Leg Reason

To aid in tracking of driver behaviors, true usage of capacity, which all relates to retention. Would like to create a popup that when removing a driver from a leg you need to supply a reason from a drop-down menu. Didn't want, Mechanical, weather, etc. Giving you an ability to see total rejections in a day.
