Automated message to driver when they have a cutoff load

Can we create an automated message to the driver whenever they have a cutoff load assigned to them; for example, Driver Y, thank you for helping today; pro 3768314 has a cutoff time of 17:00 at BCT. Please alert dispatch immediately if you are unable to make that.
