Allow customers to build their own notifications by determining criteria (similar to report builder) and selecting notification method, frequency, etc

Create a chatbot in gwiTrack. Utilize AI to communicate with the customers and resolve their issue or route it to the correct department.

Allow customers to request rates directly from gwiTrack - either submit to sales and have them give final approval, or allow customer to see rates immediately based on default margins

When driver is OOS, send automatic notifications asking driver when they will be returning

When driver has a roadside inspection, automatically verify the inspection level, that the inspection was clean and add bonus line items when applicable
